High quality core wire alloy for steelmaking
The core-clad wire is to crush various additives (deoxidizing agent, desulfurizer, modifier, alloy, etc.) to be added into the molten steel or molten iron into a certain particle size, and then include them into a composite material with an arbitrary length by cold rolled low-carbon steel strip. Useage
Cored wire technology is a kind of refining method developed on the basis of jet metallurgy technology. Cored wire is suitable for steel making and casting. It can purify the form of steel inclusions, improve the castability of molten steel, improve the use performance of steel, significantly improve the recovery rate of alloy, reduce the alloy consumption, reduce the cost of steel making, and achieve significant economic benefits.
